Soft skill elements in structured clinical nursing assessment for undergraduate nursing students: A systematic review

چکیده
This systematic review aimed to appraise and synthesize the available evidence that examines soft skill elements in clinical nursing assessment for undergraduate students. also is line with Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Relevant studies were identified based on inclusion criteria language filters but limited articles published from January 2000 March 2019. Two reviewers independently conducted quality assessment, data extraction, analysis all included studies. A total of 17 this review. Studies showed without developing adequate students are graduating unprepared be successful workplace. There a need consider adopt improve graduates ultimately create positive impact patient outcomes.
